Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange if you wish to change the size, color, or style of your product.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

• A reverse pickup can be arranged upon request.

• A ₹200 reverse pickup charge will apply per exchange request.

• For a faster size exchange, we request that the customer ship the product to our address along with the invoice and include a handwritten note of their requirement. 

• Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 working days.

• Exchange is allowed only once per order.

• If the requested size, color, or product is unavailable, a Store Credit equal to the product value will be issued.

• Store Credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Please Note: Reverse pickup service is subject to serviceability and may not be available in all pin codes. In such cases, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our return address. We recommend using a reliable courier service and securely packaging the product to avoid damage during transit.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on products once sold.

Returns are accepted only if you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective product

• An incorrect product

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product.

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, we will issue a Store Credit equal to the product value.

Store Credit

• Valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please Note: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. In cases of damaged, defective, incorrect, or fulfilment errors, only Store Credit will be issued after successful quality inspection.

Non-Eligible Items

The following products are not eligible for exchange or return:

• Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Products returned without original tags, labels, invoices, or packaging.

• Sale, discounted, promotional, coupon, or Store Credit purchases (except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products).

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• International orders.

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, monitor calibration, and different device displays.

Such minor variations are natural and shall not be considered manufacturing defects or valid reasons for exchange or return.

What is Maitri Jaipur's Exchange Policy?
