REFUND, EXCHANGE, AND RETURNS

* We are committed to making our valuable customers happy and making their shopping experience fuss-free and delightful! Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.

* Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

* If you have received the damaged product or the wrong product, please send it back to us with an invoice or order ID. After receiving the return, we shall ship you a fresh piece, subject to availability.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE FAQ

*What is the exchange policy at Maitri?

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. We exchange it with a bigger or smaller size or provide a credit code if the size or piece is not available. Please write to us at maitrijaipurofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 8209240543.

Please return it to our address with the invoice and make a note of what size you want to exchange, if the size or piece is not available, we will issue a credit note which is valid for 30 days. We do not have a reverse pickup for now. Maitri will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

We provide free shipping on orders above 2000 and charge Rs 150 on orders below 2000 and ship free the exchange.

1) After receiving the return for exchange, we will ship the requested size or piece within 2 to 3 days.

2) Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all the labels and tags completely intact, in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.

3) Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.
