At Maitri Jaipur, every garment is handcrafted with care and undergoes quality checks before dispatch. We request you to read the product description, fabric details, and size chart carefully before placing your order. If you need any assistance, our team is happy to help.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange if you wish to change the size, color, or style of your product.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.
- A reverse pickup will be arranged for your exchange.
- A ₹150 reverse pickup charge will apply per exchange request.
- Exchange is allowed only once per order.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, a Store Credit of the product value will be issued instead.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on products once sold.
Returns are accepted only if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs.
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, we will issue a Store Credit equal to the product value.
Store Credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
- Sale, discounted, promotional, or coupon purchases (except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products).
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- International orders.
Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, photography lighting, and device displays. Such variations are natural and are not considered product defects.
