Shipping Policy

All our products are shipped door to door from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan to your provided shipping address via courier.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

Domestic orders:

1. Delivery time: Processing an order takes 2-3 working days and delivery takes 4-8 Working days nationwide.
2. Delivery: We offer delivery across India.
3. Delivery charges:

• We offer FREE SHIPPING for all PREPAID orders across India.
• C.O.D is available on all orders across India.
• For C.O.D orders, Rs150 will be charged on all orders under Rs2000.

International orders:

• Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

Tracking orders:

• You may track your package at any given point in time.
• As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email or through SMS from the delivery partner.

Delays in shipping:

• Delays in shipping may occur for various reasons (refer to events beyond our control)

Cancellation of orders:

• Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 2 to 3 times before they return it to our Jaipur warehouse. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code, email Id and mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
• On receiving the package, we will attempt to contact you via text, phone, and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you, we shall consider the order as terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the termination off the order.

MODES OF PAYMENT:

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking options across major banks.

Cash on delivery is also available.
