At Maitri Jaipur, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packed before it reaches you. As many of our products are made in small batches using traditional techniques, order processing may take a little longer than mass-produced garments.


Domestic Shipping (India)

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business working days.

During festive seasons, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business working days, depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible PIN codes.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide through our trusted international courier partners.

Order Processing

International orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

Delivery Time

Delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier network.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. They must be paid directly to the courier company or customs authority at the time of delivery, if applicable.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, email address, and mobile number are entered correctly while placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay applicable customs duties (for international orders), any reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Refund, Exchange & Return Policy.
