Exchange/Returns
At Matri, we aim to bring the heritage arts and crafts of Jaipur forward while uplifting local
artisans. Each garment is made with great attention to detail. If, however, the purchaser is
not fully content, we urge them to reach us via WhatsApp at +91 9116057373 or email
maitrijaipurofficial@gmail.com. We operate Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm.
● As per policy, the customer is eligible for a size exchange. We provide store credits in place of the exchanged product within 7
days of product delivery.
● For a faster size exchange, we request that the customer ship the product to our address along with the invoice and include a
handwritten note of their requirement.
● Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all the labels and tags completely intact, in their original
packaging are eligible for exchange.
● If the customer chooses a reverse pickup, we charge ₹ 200 and issue a store credit against the outstanding amount, valid for 90
days after receiving the product.
