Exchange/Returns At Matri, we aim to bring the heritage arts and crafts of Jaipur forward while uplifting local artisans. Each garment is made with great attention to detail. ● As per policy, the customer is eligible for a size exchange. We provide store credits in place of the exchanged product within 7
days of product delivery.

● For a faster size exchange, we request that the customer ship the product to our address along with the invoice and include a
handwritten note of their requirement.

● Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all the labels and tags completely intact, in their original
packaging are eligible for exchange.

● If the customer chooses a reverse pickup, we charge ₹ 200 and issue a store credit against the outstanding amount, valid for 90
days after receiving the product.
